Sarah Wiebenson is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as Vice President of Economic Development at Downtown Denver Partnership since August 2021, where Sarah leads a team focused on business development, recruitment, and retention in downtown Denver. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions such as Director and Senior Manager of Economic Development, actively reimagining downtown through place-based strategies and supporting small businesses. Sarah's previous experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager for Economic Vitality at the City of Boulder and founding Executive Director of the Downtown Highland Park Alliance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies from Brown University, a Master's Degree in Economic Development from the University of Illinois Chicago, and several leadership certifications.
