Holly Oizumi

Holly Oizumi, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Human Resources Manager specializing in Employee Engagement & Wellness at DESC since July 2022, where leadership includes supervising a team of five HR practitioners in HRIS/data management and Recruiting. Previously, Holly held the position of Human Resources Generalist, collaborating with HR leadership on various employee-related issues. Prior experience includes roles at A Place for Mom, where responsibilities ranged from supporting a national workforce to overseeing onboarding processes and personnel changes. Holly's career began as a Human Resources Assistant at A Place for Mom, during which significant achievements included coordinating onboarding for over 200 new hires during the COVID-19 pandemic.
