Jaye Loomis

Jaye Loomis is a versatile professional with a diverse background in both technical and social services roles. Currently serving as a Program Assistant, Clinical Case Manager, and Housing Stabilization Specialist at the Downtown Emergency Service Center since June 2021, Jaye focuses on providing housing solutions for individuals facing homelessness and related challenges. Previous experience includes a Technical Customer Service Agent at Amazon Web Services, where Jaye delivered exceptional customer support, and various web development positions that involved skills in project architecture, SQL, and API implementation across multiple companies. Jaye holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, along with a MCP in Windows Environment Administration & Management.
