Karen Breckenridge

Karen Breckenridge serves as a Board Member at Downtown Emergency Service Center since January 2020 and has been the Principal at Breckenridge Consulting Services Inc since June 2011. Previously, Karen worked as an Attorney at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. from October 2005 to June 2013, focusing on environmental, land use, and real estate law, where expertise included environmental due diligence and cost recovery actions. Earlier roles included Resident Services Program Coordinator at Low Income Housing Institute from 2000 to 2002 and VISTA Volunteer at The Boomtown Café from 1999 to 2000. Karen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Stanford University.
