Megumi Taylor

Megumi Taylor is an experienced recruiter at DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center), leading the end-to-end recruitment process for a nonprofit human services agency since March 2021, with a focus on DEI and justice-oriented initiatives. Previously, in a role as a Human Resources Assistant, Megumi facilitated onboarding processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Branch Administrative Assistant at Guild Mortgage, where responsibilities included administrative support and managing loan subordination agreements, as well as working as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Idaho, assisting with music studio management and special events. Megumi holds a Master’s degree in Orchestral Instrument Performance from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from Central Washington University.
