Administration & Management Team

The Administration & Management Team at DESC oversees the strategic and operational functions critical to the organization's mission. They ensure efficient administration, maintain quality and compliance, manage assets and facilities, and foster organizational equity and inclusion. This team also handles risk and safety, resource management, and strategic planning, while supporting individual giving, policy analysis, and internal communications to help DESC provide comprehensive services to the homeless and formerly homeless population in Seattle.
