Brent Miller

Brent Miller is the Senior Manager of Policy & Program Analytics at DESC. Brent has over fifteen years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on Litigation, securities and investing, real estate, contracts, business and commercial torts, receiverships, injunctions, and employment disputes. Brent has also been involved in family court disputes, minor civil court disputes, and other administrative hearings. Brent has extensive experience in drafting pleadings and motions, scheduling deposition and court dates, issuing and receiving discovery, attending depositions and mediations, preparing trial exhibits and legal outlines, and participating in trials and arbitrations. Brent is a skilled legal professional with a passion for helping others and solving complex problems.

Brent Miller has an ABA Paralegal Certificate from Phoenix College and a BS in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Southern University at New Orleans.
