Nicholas Beesley is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef roles across prominent casinos and resorts. Presently serving as Property Executive Chef at Downtown Grand Las Vegas since August 2023, Nicholas previously held similar positions at Silverton Casino and Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa. Prior to these roles, Nicholas contributed as Executive Sous Chef at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Chef Tournant at Caesars Palace, where notable work was done at Rao's. Nicholas also served as Property Executive Chef at The Best Western Clock Tower Resort & Conference Center and held earlier culinary positions, including Sous Chef at Lexington Cliffbreakers Riverside Resort and Pastry Chef at Morton's The Steakhouse. An educational background includes associate degrees in Culinary Arts from Black Hawk College and Blackhawk Technical College, and Nicholas is ACF Certified.
