Ashley Chamberlayne

Ashley Chamberlayne is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and development. Currently serving as General Counsel at Bosa Development since September 2015, Chamberlayne leads legal strategy and oversight across various departments, while also providing comprehensive support in corporate governance and risk management. As an Executive Board Member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership, Chamberlayne participates in strategic initiatives for urban development. Previous roles include Board Member at Monarch School, Attorney at Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP specializing in land use and entitlement, Real Estate Specialist with the City of San Diego focusing on economic development, and Acquisitions Associate at Cancorp Properties. Chamberlayne holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia.
