Meggan Clifford

Meggan Clifford is an experienced professional in case management and social services, currently serving as the Director and Case Manager at Downtown Streets Team since May 2019, where responsibilities include individualized case management for more than 30 team members and linking them to community resources. Prior experience includes roles as a Case Worker in Child Protective Services for Brown County, Shelter Services Manager and Case Worker at The Salvation Army, and Shelter Staff Manager at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa. Meggan also has international experience as a Rural Aquaculture Promotion Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Zambia, and has worked in various capacities including bank teller and management trainee, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from Sonoma State University.
