Lewis Kempson-Mead EngTech TMIET is a Manufacturing Engineer at Dowty Propellers, where Lewis provides technical support to the shopfloor for hydraulic control units and propeller production. As a Composite Blade Operator, Lewis works in the Resin Transfer Moulding process area. Lewis completed a Manufacturing Engineering apprenticeship and led a production line transition project. Lewis has also worked as a Merchandiser, Royal Marines Recruit, and Kitchen porter. Currently, Lewis is pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering/Product Design and Mechanical Engineering at the University of the West of England.
