Wayne Keble Obe

Wayne Keble OBE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Director for EMEA/AsiaPac at Dowty, Wayne focuses on driving innovation and growth in the leading propeller manufacturing company. Previously, Wayne held the position of Senior Sales Staff Director at GE Aviation, where responsibilities included leading the EMEA business capture team and enhancing customer engagement to achieve accelerated sales growth. Wayne's background also includes strategic leadership roles such as Operations Lead at GE Aviation, Head of Capability Air and Littoral Manoeuvre at the UK Ministry of Defence, and Deputy Flag Officer Sea Training in the Royal Navy.
