Marvin Cigarroa

Marvin Cigarroa is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as SVP of Underwriting at DOXA since November 2023. Previously, Marvin held the position of Senior Director of Insurance at DataStream Cyber Insurance, leading operations and sales for the insurance agency from February to November 2023. Prior roles include Broker in the Professional Practice Group at Burns & Wilcox, where Marvin led the San Diego team, and Broker-Founder of Cigarroa Insurance Services, a commercial insurance agency established to support small business clients. With extensive experience at AXIS Capital as Underwriting Manager for Professional Lines Liability and earlier roles at Kemper Insurance and Chubb, Marvin possesses a strong background in underwriting and business production. Marvin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
