Brent L. has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Brent began their career as an Instrumentation Technologist at Suncor Energy, where they managed the Print Shop and designed small control installations. In 2000, Brent joined ACI Worldwide as a Professional Services - Applications Integrator, and later became a Professional Services Team Lead, managing a team responsible for implementing custom electronic document delivery solutions.

In 2003, Brent moved to MessagingDirect Ltd / ACI Worldwide as a Professional Services Team Lead, leading a team of Application Integrators and overseeing the design and implementation of solutions for clients. Brent then joined Planet Correspondence Technologies as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they managed client issues, maintained support processes, and handled release engineering for applications on Solaris 9 and Redhat Linux 7.

Brent's next role was at Planet Group Inc. as a Technical Support Manager, where they managed a team of software support analysts, resolved client issues, and maintained support documentation and processes. After that, they joined MessagingDirect Ltd as the Technical Support Director, responsible for leading the technical support team.

Most recently, Brent joined Doxim in 2019 as the Product Support Lead, providing support services and managing client issues. Brent has now transitioned to the role of Manager, Client Services.

Brent L.'s education history includes two notable experiences. From 1990 to 1993, they attended Lambton College, where they pursued a field of study in Instrumentation Control Engineering Technology. Moreover, in 1999 to 2000, they attended the University of Alberta, focusing on Programming Object Oriented Software.
