Pratik Shetty

Pratik Shetty has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Pratik currently works at Doxim as a Security Specialist, where they monitor information security tools and systems for unusual activity and develops processes for security threat identification. Prior to this, Pratik worked as a Senior System Administrator and System Administrator at the same company.

Before joining Doxim, they worked at Aecon Group Inc. as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, where they managed Exchange and SharePoint services and resolved incidents and requests related to these applications. Pratik also worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Aecon Group Inc.

Pratik started their professional career as a Co-op Trainee at MVS Group Inc. in 2017. Pratik gained further experience in the field as an Executive Remote Support Engineer at Reliance, where they performed troubleshooting on IT-related issues, managed firewall intrusion reports, resolved IT issues remotely, and provided user account management in Active Directory.

Overall, Pratik has developed strong technical skills and experience in various areas of information technology, including security, system administration, service desk support, and remote support.

Pratik Shetty pursued their education in a sequential manner. Pratik began by obtaining a Diploma in Electronics from Manohar Phalke Polytechnic, which they completed between 2008 and 2011. Following this, they pursued higher education at SIES Graduate School of Technology from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.

In order to enhance their skills and knowledge, Pratik then attended George Brown College from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Post Graduate Degree Certificate in Wireless Networking. Continuing their education at the same institution, they completed a Diploma in Computer Technician in Computer Science from 2017 to 2018.

Pratik has also obtained several certifications to further strengthen their expertise. Notably, they have acquired the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification in May 2022 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in April 2022. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification in April 2019 and the HDI Support Center Analyst certification in June 2018.

Further certifications held by Pratik include the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching certification obtained in December 2017, Sol-App Workshop from IIT-Bombay initiative in March 2013, Web Designing(Joomla) from the Institute of Electricals and Electronics Engineer in February 2013, Ethical Hacking Workshop from IIT-Bombay initiative in November 2012, and Mobile Hardware and Software repairing from Sony Telecom in December 2006.

Recently, in July 2022, Pratik achieved the Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate certification.
