Ben Fischer

Ben Fischer has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as an IT Intern at John Deere. Ben then worked at Augustana College as a Web Programmer, where they gained proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and web frameworks. In 2013, they joined HomeFinder.com as a Software Engineer and transitioned to a full-stack engineer role, specializing in PHP, Rails, and Node. Since 2015, they have been with Doximity, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer in the SRE team. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Engineering - SRE at Doximity, where they provide guidance to the SRE team leads, supports individual contributors, and collaborates with technical leads across the company.

Ben Fischer attended Marmion Academy from 2006 to 2009. Ben then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from Augustana College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
