Callum Colvine

Callum Colvine has a diverse work experience with various roles in the technology and research fields. Callum started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Nanalysis Corp. in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at Fisheries and Oceans Canada. In 2017, Callum joined Hothead Games as a Data Engineer, and also served as a Data Engineer Co-op during that time. From 2018, they worked at Doximity, starting as a Data Engineer and later promoted to Senior Data Engineer, Tech Lead. In this role, they led a team of analysts and data engineers and focused on roadmapping team objectives and departmental KPIs. Callum's most recent role at Doximity is Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, where they split their time between code contributions and management responsibilities, such as career planning, recruiting pipeline improvements, and event coordination.

Callum Colvine completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria. Callum attended the university from 2012 to 2018. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, Callum also pursued additional training through the Know Your Team Manager Training program, where they earned a Certificate in Engineering/Industrial Management.
