Jessica Goldberg has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Jessica is currently working as a Client Success Manager at Doximity since August 2021. Previously, they worked at PatientWing from January 2020 to July 2021, where they held the roles of Enrollment Success Manager and Project Manager. As a Project Manager at PatientWing, Jessica collaborated with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to develop and design content for patient-facing materials to increase enrollment in clinical trials. Before that, they worked at Benefits Data Trust as a Program Coordinator from January 2017 to December 2017, and as a Benefits Outreach Specialist from May 2016 to January 2017. Prior to that, they were a Member Services Advocate at LIFT, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Jessica also gained experience as a Homebound Services Representative at the Free Library of Philadelphia from 2014 to 2015 and as a Development Intern at the Philadelphia Children's Foundation in the same year.

Jessica Goldberg attended Temple University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Organizational Development. In addition, they received a Grantsmanship Training Program Certificate of Completion from The Grantsmanship Center in July 2018.
