Krista Lipps

Krista Lipps has a strong background in UX research and user experience analysis. Krista is currently working as a Senior UX Researcher at Doximity. Prior to this, they worked at Progressive Insurance as a Lead UX Researcher, where they were responsible for conducting usability studies and crafting research plans. Krista also worked at OverDrive, Inc. as both a User Experience Analyst and Account Specialist, where they conducted usability tests, created wireframes, and maintained relationships with partners. Additionally, Krista has experience as a Graphic Designer at TypeFrag.com, where they created illustrations and conducted website optimization practices. Krista also worked at Rochester Institute of Technology as a Multimedia Quality Review Specialist and Crew Leader, and as a Student Intern at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.

Krista Lipps pursued their undergraduate education at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in New Media - Interactive Development. In addition to their formal education, Krista obtained two certifications: Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) from Human Factors International, which they achieved in December 2019, and Certified Usability Analyst from the same institution, which they obtained in July 2018.
