Zachary Gongaware has a diverse range of work experience in data analysis and technology. Zachary started working at EvergreenHealth Monroe in 2008 as a Forms Design Analyst, responsible for supporting and enhancing various hospital information systems. Zachary played a significant role in implementing hospital-wide information systems and also designed and administered a MS SharePoint site. In 2011, they transitioned into the role of Systems Analyst at the same company, where they continued their responsibilities and also worked on the implementation of OpenVistA and InsightCS modules. In 2015, Zachary joined FamilyCare Health as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, before moving on to their current role at Doximity in 2018 as a Staff Data Analyst & Tech Lead.

Zachary Gongaware has a diverse education history. Zachary obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University from 2003 to 2007. Zachary then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from City University of Seattle from 2011 to 2012. Continuing their education, Zachary earned another Graduate Certificate, this time in Data Science, from the University of Washington in 2017 and 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Zachary has also obtained several certifications. Zachary completed the AI Programming with Python Nanodegree from Udacity in September 2020. Before that, they completed the Data Scientist Nanodegree from Udacity in July 2019. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Data Scientist with Python, Machine Learning with Python, Data Analyst with Python, and Data Manipulation with Python, all from DataCamp. In the same year, they also completed the Python Programmer Track from DataCamp. Furthermore, Zachary obtained the Tableau Desktop 10 Certified Professional certification from Tableau Software in December 2016. Earlier in their career, they acquired the Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2012.
