Doyenne Initiative
Ketsiya Rejoice Mundoga is a Reliability Engineer at Materne North America - GoGo squeeZ since October 2023, and has also served as a Fellow at Doyenne Initiative since July 2021. Previous experience includes working with Hwange Thermal Power Plant under Zimbabwe Power Company from October 2017 to August 2021. Ketsiya holds a Graduate Certificate in Energy Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree in Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland, completed in May 2023. Additionally, Ketsiya earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) between 2012 and 2017.
