Currently serving as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Doyle Land Services, Inc. since July 2018 and at Summit Resources since March 2000, Geltman has been actively involved in projects requiring negotiation and acquisition of easements, survey permission, and compliance with permitting requirements. Notable past positions include senior roles at Millennium Pipeline LLC and Coates Field Service, where responsibilities included route development and title acquisition. Geltman's educational background includes studies at Graham Jr. College and Olsen Wells Film School from 1970 to 1972. Since November 2020, Geltman has been pursuing retirement while maintaining professional engagements.
