Tereza Winterova

Tereza Winterova is an experienced leader in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Assistant Clubhouse Manager at Doylestown Country Club since May 2021. Previously, Tereza held management roles at Huntingdon Valley Country Club and Aramark, where responsibilities included overseeing budgets, managing inventory, and leading teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Tereza began their career in customer service positions at Fogo de Chão, Marathon Grill, and Gigi Restaurant & Lounge, focusing on customer satisfaction, training, and operational efficiency. Tereza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Financial Management Services from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Delaware County Community College.
