Charleen C. Fisher, Ph.D., of Fairbanks, Alaska, works as the Director of Federal Programs for the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. Charleen serves on the shareholder relations committee and the Doyon Government Contracting, Inc. board. She also serves as a Project Evaluator for Evaluation Research Associates, LLC and as Interim Chairperson of the Gwich’in Social and Cultural Institute of Alaska.
