William Line

William (Bill) Line, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Doyon Government Group (DGG) – Construction. Line is responsible for all activities and operations of DGG’s construction companies, as well as the centralized shared services business functions that support those construction companies from Federal Way, WA. He joined DGG in 2013 as Director of Operations, and assumed the role of General Manager in 2016.

Prior to DGG, Line was President of Syska Hennessy Group Construction, a subsidiary of Syska Hennessy Group, which delivered design-build and construction projects for federal and commercial clients. He formed Syska Construction in 1996 after 13 years as a mechanical design engineer, engineering project manager, and principal with Syska, and joined gkkworks upon Syska’s sale of Syska Construction to gkkworks in 2010.

Line holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
