Tavishi Ranjan

Tavishi Ranjan has over 6 years of work experience in Human Resources. Tavishi began their career in 2015 as a Summer Intern at PepsiCo. In 2016, they joined HFCL Limited as a Human Resources Business Partner. Two years later, they were hired as an HR Manager at ICICI Bank. In 2020, they began working at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK as a Talent Management Specialist and at WhiteHat Jr as a Human Resources Business Partner. Tavishi is currently employed as the Lead HR Business Partner at Dozee.

Tavishi Ranjan obtained a PGPM in Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mody Institute of Science & Technology. Tavishi also holds a certification from Peoplematters, titled "The HRBP in the New World of Work", which they obtained in July 2021. Additionally, they participated in the L'Oréal Brandstorm 2016 Business Competition from CrossKnowledge in January 2016.
