Max Fishman

Manager of Commercial Customer Success at Dozuki

Max Fishman's work experience includes positions at Pavilion and Dozuki.

At Pavilion, Max is currently an Associate Member since February 2023.

Prior to that, at Dozuki, Max held various roles including Manager of Commercial Customer Success, starting in August 2022, and Customer Success Manager Team Lead, from July 2021 to August 2022.

In these roles, Max managed customer accounts, provided training and onboarding for new customers, and developed strategies for customer success.

Max also served as the Customer Success Manager, Southeast, from January 2020 to July 2021, where they implemented a new onboarding process that achieved a 99% customer retention rate in the first year.

Before that, Max worked as a Standard Work Consultant from April 2017 to December 2019, leading consultations with customers and designing sales and communications strategies.

Max's first role at Dozuki was as a Sales Development Representative from June 2016 to April 2017, where they created sales pitches and developed customer relationships.

Max Fishman attended Bear River High School from 2008 to 2012, where they did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study. Following their high school education, they enrolled at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Max Fishman obtained certifications in Inbound Sales from HubSpot in September 2016 and in CSM School from Pavilion in May 2023.
