Andreas Dimitriou

Andreas Dimitriou is a seasoned professional in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Terminal Operating System (TOS) Coordinator at DP World since December 2018. In this role, responsibilities include managing customer access to port facilities, ensuring proper documentation for cargo retrieval, performing inspections on cargo, and maintaining communication with warehouse officers to update inventory in the company's TOS (Zodiac). Additionally, Andreas leads key projects such as the DPWL Gate Pass Solution and actively participates in the billing automation project. Previously, experience includes working as a Port Operator, where duties involved monitoring productivity, inspecting cargo, and ensuring accurate documentation during vessel operations. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from Frederick University and also served as an Infantry Soldier in the National Guard of Cyprus from July 2015 to January 2017.
