Carla Grifo

Carla Grifo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, systems, and innovation, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Operations and Systems at DP World since April 2014. Carla has successfully led the development and implementation of technology systems focused on logistics, while managing a geographically diverse team with a significant global impact. Previously, Carla held various roles within DP World, including the design and implementation of the Innovation Platform and responsibilities in strategic planning and optimization across the company’s global ports and terminals. Carla's background also includes project management at TBA Nederland, operations planning at Hutchison Ports PPC, and trade assistance at the U.S. Commercial Service. Carla holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions including an MSc in Maritime Economics and Logistics and various certifications in innovation and design thinking.
