Cosmin Carstea

Cosmin Carstea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the maritime and logistics sector, currently serving as Vice President of Ports & Terminals for the East Europe cluster at DP World since March 2004. Cosmin has played a pivotal role in leading DP World’s terminal operations in key locations, including Constanta, Limassol, Istanbul, Novi Sad, and Odessa. Previously, Cosmin held positions such as Chief Executive Officer at DP World Constanta and DP World Logistics Romania, as well as Operations Director at DP World London Gateway. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at APM Terminals, where responsibility extended through operations and planning. Cosmin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics - Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București and has furthered education at IMD.
