Hamza Mustafa is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Port Rashid and P&O Marinas FZE. Previously, they served as CEO of PCFC Investments from 2014 to 2021, managing a diverse portfolio across hospitality, tourism, and real estate. Prior to that, Hamza held the position of Managing Director at Istithmar World from 2008 to 2013, overseeing Dubai World’s hotels and commercial real estate assets, and at Nakheel from 2002 to 2008, where they led developments including The World islands. Hamza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and IT from the Higher Colleges of Technology, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001.
