The Operations team at Design and Production Incorporated (D&P) oversees the seamless execution of complex museum exhibition projects. Led by the Vice President of Operations, the team manages contract administration, project estimating, production scheduling, and on-site supervision. Key roles such as the Contract Administrator and Senior Estimator ensure precise budgeting and compliance, while the Superintendent oversees on-the-ground activities. The CNC Operators and Machinists specialize in creating precise, custom components that support the creative visions of our clients. Together, this team ensures that D&P's installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and durability.
