Nigel Gooding LLM, FBCS, FCMI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy, compliance, and education. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at DPAS® since March 2017, Nigel also holds positions as External Examiner for MBA Healthcare Management at the University of Roehampton, and for the Master of Laws (LLM) in Cyber Security at Robert Gordon University. Nigel is an active member of the Digital Advisory Network at the University of Exeter and serves as Chair of the BUCS Men's Super Rugby League Management Committee. With a robust educational background including a Master of Laws in Information Rights Law & Practice and ongoing doctoral studies in Sustainable Business, Nigel combines practical expertise with academic leadership across diverse sectors, including healthcare and higher education.
