Aliasgar Hafiji

Aliasgar Hafiji currently serves as the Acting Service Desk Administrator and Service Desk Analyst at Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board since January 2021. Previously, at Hudson's Bay Company from August 2000 to June 2020, Aliasgar held multiple roles, including Senior Technical Support Analyst, where significant projects were managed to implement system upgrades and improve store operations. As an Intermediate Support Analyst, leadership was demonstrated in unifying point-of-sale systems and enhancing efficiency through technology integration. Furthermore, as a Store Implementation and Support Analyst, innovative solutions were developed to streamline processes and reduce costs. Aliasgar's earlier experience includes serving as an Integrated Technology Services Analyst at Saudi Business Machines, providing technical support and managing installation projects for IBM products. Aliasgar holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
