Melanie Van Hemert

Melanie van Hemert is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the CHRO for Belgium and the Netherlands at DPG Media Nederland since July 2020, Melanie is a key member of the executive committee responsible for People & Sustainability. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Sanoma NL and various positions at PwC, culminating in the role of Director Talent for PwC Europe. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Fiscal Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has undertaken various leadership programs and certifications, including in Diversity & Inclusion and HR strategic consulting.
