Judith Peters

Judith Peters is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the retail industry. Currently serving as Directeur HR at PLUS Retail since January 2022, Judith previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Coop Supermarkten, where responsibilities included being a member of the Board of Directors and managing the HR team. Judith's career also includes significant roles such as Head of HR Advice at Jumbo Supermarkten, where oversight of HR Business Partners and policy implementation was key, and various leadership positions at Intertoys, Blokker, and de Bijenkorf. Judith began a professional journey as a Senior Consultant/Client Group Leader in Retail at Hay Group, following a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
