Michiel van der Valk has a diverse professional background, starting as a Manager Marketing at Mud Jeans in 2010. Michiel then worked as a Creative project manager at Firma Daan & Laan, focusing on audiovisual projects. Moving on to Talpa Radio in 2015, they served as a Creative Concept Manager, developing concepts for various media channels and clients. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Creative Director at Qmusic, creating strategic cross-media concepts. Currently, they hold the position of Creative Director at DPG Media, overseeing the entertainment department.
From 2005 to 2009, Michiel van der Valk studied at Johan Cruyff University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics Sportmanagement and Sportmarketing.
