Ocky Wiemeijer

Ocky Wiemeijer is an experienced professional in product management and education, currently serving as a Lecturer at Amsterdam Product Club since February 2023, where the focus lies on teaching product discovery. In addition, Ocky has held various roles at DPG Media Nederland since March 2021 as the Head of Product and Product Owner for NU.nl, the largest news website in the Netherlands. Ocky also contributes as a Writer/Curator for CouranD, a bi-weekly newsletter on tech, business, and media. Prior experience includes significant positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where responsibilities ranged from leading a recommendation engine to managing product development for decision support tools. Ocky’s educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam, showcasing expertise in Business Administration, Political Science, and Economics.
