Alex Cochran

Alex Cochran has a diverse work experience in the field of agriculture and technology. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at DPH Biologicals since June 2021. Prior to this, they were also the Chief Technology Officer at the same company from March 2022 onwards.

Before joining DPH Biologicals, Alex worked at Corteva for 8 years, starting in November 2013 and ending in June 2021. During their time at Corteva, they held the role of Director, R&D, where they were responsible for Seed Applied Technologies, Biologicals, and Insect and Nematode Mgmt.

Alex also has a previous work experience at Syngenta, where they worked for a total of 12 years. They held various roles during their tenure, including Agronomy Service Manager from July 2011 to November 2013, Post Harvest Technical Manager from April 2008 to July 2011, Global Development Manager from January 2006 to April 2008, and R&D Scientist from June 2001 to January 2006.

Alex Cochran earned a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from Purdue University. They attended Purdue University from 1996 to 2001.
