Rachel Goff

Rachel Goff is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and technical analysis, currently serving as a Manager and previously as a Senior Technical Analyst at D+R International since July 2015, where contributions support the DesignLights Consortium® (DLC) team through program implementation and data validation. Prior to this role, Rachel gained practical experience as an Intern at Environment Maryland from August 2014 to March 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University (2010-2014).
