Chinh Le

Chinh Le has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as NPI Manager and CNC Lathe Specialist at DPMS, Inc. since November 2016. In this role, Chinh oversees the entire production flow for new product introductions, enhances CNC lathe programs to increase output while maintaining quality, and collaborates with senior management to align with customer demands and ensure timely deliveries. Prior to this, Chinh was the Prototype Supervisor at KAMET MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS from June 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing the shop floor, optimizing machine capacities, implementing lean manufacturing practices, conducting NPIs, and performing root cause analysis to support continuous improvement and new business development initiatives.
