Diane Rupprecht

Diane Rupprecht is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as Legal Counsel and Regional Risk Manager at DPR Construction since 2021. Previous positions include Division Counsel at the North Carolina Department of Commerce and Staff Counsel at Carolina Sunrock LLC. Rupprecht has also worked as an attorney at Ellis & Winters LLP and held clerkships with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Additionally, Rupprecht was the Director of Local Government Affairs at KB Home and practiced law at Young Moore & Henderson PA.
