Haydan Hastings is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and coaching, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator at DPR Construction since July 2025 and as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Edmonds College. With a proven track record in recruitment, Haydan held roles such as a Recruiter (Contract) at Stellar Health, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at STG Logistics, and a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Sazerac Company, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and managing high-volume hiring. Prior coaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach for Bellingham Bells, stepping up as interim head coach to lead the team to the Championship game. Haydan's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in History from Tulane University and an Associate's degree from Palomar College, along with a successful athletic career as a student athlete at both Tulane and Gonzaga Universities.
