Abdallah Baydoun

Abdallah Baydoun has extensive experience in project controls and management. Abdallah currently works as a Project Controls Lead at DPS Group Global, where they are responsible for developing and coordinating project schedules. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Lonza, where they developed reporting tools and created project schedules for various phases. Abdallah also worked as a Lead Project Controls Engineer at Smulders and a Lead Project Controls Advisor at DEME Group, where they focused on planning, monitoring progress, and analyzing critical paths. Abdallah has also worked as a Project Controls Engineer at Proove and a Planning and Methods Engineer at BESIX. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Site Manager and Site Engineer/Project Engineer at Saudi Lebanese Tarouk Contracting Company Ltd. Abdallah's skills and expertise in project controls were further enhanced during their time as a Research Assistant at the American University of Beirut and as a Transportation intern at Dar Al Handasah.

Abdallah Baydoun pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut from 2008 to 2013. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Masters in Business Analysis and Consulting (MBAC) from IÉSEG School of Management. Additionally, they have attained several certifications from Proove, including Change Control and Claim Analysis, Risk Management, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, Earned Value Management, Primavera P6 Advanced, and Primavera P6 Basic.
