Aiden O'Dwyer

Aiden O'Dwyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Aiden started their career in 1995 at Saudi Engineering Group International, where they served as an Operations Manager until 1997. Aiden then joined Peremba Kentz as an Engineering Manager from 1997 to 1999. Aiden then moved to The Jacobs Group, where they worked as a Project Manager for 16 years, handling various responsibilities such as project requirements development, budgeting, scheduling, and project closeout. In 2015, they joined DPS Engineering as the Director of Cork Operations, overseeing operations until early 2020. From there, they transitioned to the role of Head of Operations, Ireland and UK at DPS Engineering, where they currently serve.

Aiden O'Dwyer has a diverse educational background. Aiden obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics from the University of Limerick in the years 1979 to 1983. Later on, Aiden pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University from 1987 to 1989. Recently, Aiden attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) and obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management in the year 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Aiden has acquired various certifications including Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scrum Inc. and completed various courses on LinkedIn related to impromptu speaking and organizing a remote office for maximum productivity.
