Dana Neomagus

Dana Neomagus has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Account Manager at DPS Group Global since February 2016, Dana has led recruitment initiatives in the DACH region and enhanced company visibility at major industry events. Previous roles include serving as a Recruitment Specialist focused on engineering and quality specialists, as well as oil and gas project management consultants across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Early career experience includes leadership in marketing for charitable organizations, and administrative roles at various organizations. Dana holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Individual Differences from The University of Edinburgh, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from University College Roosevelt, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Panama.
