Alex Adema is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management across various industries. As COO of Sidewinders, LLC, Alex oversaw daily operations in the hydroelectric renewable energy sector, focused on process improvement, and successfully repatriated the finance team to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Alex served as President & CEO of DPS Skis, transforming the company from insolvency to profitability, achieving significant revenue growth, and leading critical initiatives including pandemic response manufacturing. Additional roles include Director of Finance and Operations at Launch NY, Co-Founder of Restoration Church, and various positions at M&T Bank, showcasing a strong foundation in finance, operations, and community engagement. Alex holds an Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo and additional certifications in Lean Operations Management and Global Business Management.
