Sally Hoffmann is an experienced professional in health services management, currently serving as the Director of Strengthening Communities and Social Impact at Better Health Network since May 2023. With a longstanding tenure at DPV Health, beginning in May 2011, Sally has held multiple leadership roles, including General Manager of Allied Health and Community Services following the merger of Dianella Health and Plenty Valley Community Health in March 2018. Sally also held significant positions at Connect Health & Community and Dianella Community Health, where responsibilities included overseeing service delivery, business development, and consumer engagement, particularly focused on culturally diverse communities. Sally's academic credentials include a Fellowship in Social Impact from the Centre for Social Impact and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Meriden Anglican School for Girls, alongside recent professional development at Cambridge Judge Business School.
