Donald Wood

Donald Wood has extensive experience in network operations and technical support, currently serving as a NOC Technician II at DQE Communications LLC since October 2016. Previous roles include NOC Support Analyst at IRG - Industry Retail Group, where responsibilities involved managing NOC partners and troubleshooting circuit-related incidents. Prior to that, Donald held positions as an Encore Software Support Representative at Philips Respironics, providing support with software updates and installations, and as an Information Systems Engineer at NCR Canada Limited, where duties included technical support and data integrity maintenance for over 350 users.
