Deepthi Dommaraju has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 with CH Robinson as a Project Manager, where they guided several departments in designing and developing projects through production stage, defined the resources required for completion of a project and allocated resources accordingly, and assisted the engineers in documenting the project designs and making changes as per business needs. In 2011, they moved to 3M as a Senior Program Manager. In 2012, they joined MoneyGram International as Senior Director of PMO and Senior Program Manager. In 2015, they moved to Merrill Corporation as Director of Enterprise PMO. In 2017, they joined Trellance as Vice President of Portfolio Management. In 2022, they joined Chief as a Member and DQLabs, Inc. as Head of Product Management & Customer Success.

Deepthi Dommaraju completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from St.Peters central public school between 1998 and 2000. Deepthi has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile Leader from AgileThought in November 2021, Project Management Professional from PMI in May 2013, Yellow Belt Certified from PMI in February 2013, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
